Shipping policy
1. Shipping destination
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
If you are outside the area and would like to order from us. Please contact our customer support team, we will assist if we can deliver to your location.
2. Delivery time
Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (CST) every day.
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon – Sat).
Delivery Time: Transit time is 7 – 15 days.
Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, orders placed on weekends (Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
If we experience high order volume or severe weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 is charged for all orders.
4. Shipping Unit
Alenaleffler.store chooses FedEx as the main shipping partner for all orders. With FedEx’s fast and reliable shipping service, we ensure that the product will be delivered to the customer in the shortest time.
5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Lost or stolen packages
We always do our best to ensure your goods are delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that goods are lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the delivery service to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Please take photos of items damaged or lost during shipping and email them along with necessary supporting documents to [email protected]. These photos and documents are required so that Alenaleffler can replace any damaged or lost products.
If the goods in the shipment are completely damaged, disorganized and inexplicable, or if a critical product component that cannot be replaced or delivered promptly has been damaged so severely that it is dangerous or defective (not just cosmetic damage such as scratched paint), please contact us for assistance.
7. Shipment rejected
We make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If your goods arrive damaged—which is highly unlikely—please accept delivery and contact Alenaleffler so we can help.
If you return an item, in whole or in part, without our consent, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
