1. How long after receiving the product can I return it?
You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that your product is in its original condition, unused and complies with our return conditions.
2. What are the conditions for an exchange/return?
To return a product, the product must meet the following conditions:
New and unused: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Tags and labels intact: The original tags, labels and packaging are still intact.
No signs of use: The product must not be stained, damaged or deformed.
3. What do I need to do to return the product?
The return process consists of 4 steps:
- Contact us: Submit a return request via email or the form on the website.
- Return confirmation: We will confirm your request within 48 hours.
- Return the product: Once approved, you can return the product via shipping service.
- Inspection and refund: The product will be inspected for 3-5 business days before a refund is processed.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once the product is inspected and approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund may take a few days depending on your bank or payment service.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
6. How much is my shipping fee?
We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days, and the estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days.

11. Does Alenaleffler.store ship internationally?
